We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with Jira Align expertise to support and guide our teams in implementing and scaling Agile practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, and Jira Align administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Agile coaching with a focus on SAFe principles and Lean Portfolio Management practices.
• Administer, configure, and support Jira Align for SAFe teams and portfolios.
• Gather requirements and customize Jira Align to meet the needs of Lean Portfolios and multiple SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Guide the setup of Portfolios and ARTs using SAFe best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful adoption of Agile methodologies and tools.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• 2+ years of SAFe coaching experience, including Lean Portfolio Management implementation.
• 2+ years of Jira Align administration experience (not just end-user experience).
• Strong understanding of Jira Align and Microsoft Azure DevOps configuration and support.
• SAFe certification, preferably SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
