We are looking for an exceptional Art Director who sees infinite creative possibilities in both concept and craft, no matter the client challenge. Key Responsibilities

• Develop breakthrough concepts in partnership with copywriters and other creative team members.
• Craft exceptional and impactful visuals and design across all channels, from traditional media such as print and video to digital and emerging platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful vision.
• Push creative solutions within the scope of client briefs to develop compelling campaigns that meet and exceed strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life, executing projects across mediums that include motion graphics, animation, photography, and interactive design.
• Stay curious and proactive in learning about disciplines outside of traditional art direction, such as AI, hand craft and other forms of expression.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and participate in live client presentations.
• Maintain a library of art and design references, constantly seeking inspiration to evolve your craft.
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or portfolio school certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in an agency or marketing communications setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of conceptual thinking, art direction, design and cross-discipline work (e.g., motion graphics, animation, photography).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with motion and animation tools like After Effects, Procreate and Cavalry
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway and Midjourney.
• Evidence of creative ability, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to inspire and challenge a team to think differently.
• Eagerness to explore and incorporate perspectives from various disciplines to craft meaningful creative solutions.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines with grace and precision.

Final round candidates will be asked for a simple skills assessment of craft and concept level.
