Vesuvio bakery is a revamped 1920s bakery offering a daily selection of artisanal breads, cookies & sandwiches.
We are looking for an
OVERNIGHT BAKER to join our team at our Commissary Location. Knowledge of mixing, shaping and scoring technics are a plus but we are happy to teach the right person.
1-3 years of bakery or pastry experience please.
Must be able to:
Use a scale to carefully measure ingredients and doughs.
Be quick on your feet in the kitchen.
Demonstrate proper food safety practices.
Have a positive team driven attitude.
Be Punctual.
Work from
10pm to 6am .
Stand for long periods of time.
Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
