Description: Primary Duties :
A Team Lead within our Developmental Support Services team provides BCBA services consistent with the dimensions of ABA. Common services may include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct client intakes and onboarding
- Conducting behavioral assessments ad develop comprehensive treatment plans in the context of a multidisciplinary team
- Analyzing data, writing and revising behavior-analytic treatment plans
- Provide training to parents, teachers, allied professionals to implement components of treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of treatment plans.
- Provide IBT/RBT supervision
- Provide support to the Developmental Support Services Manager as needed.
Other Company Responsibilities:
Any other clinical duties assigned by Manager/Director, including but not limited to the following:
- Maintain the highest standard of confidentiality at all times
- Maintain documentation in a timely manner using our EHR platform.
- Community presentations, appearances, talks, or panel discussions on topics pertinent to the values and services of the Company
- Development and delivery of allied health training for the purpose of increasing awareness of services of the Company
- Development and/or participation in social media content for the purpose of increasing awareness of services of the Company.
This role can be either remote or in-person
Requirements: Candidate Requirements
- BCaBA/BCBA with 5+ years of experience
- Masters degree in related field
- Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM)
- Competency is in the use of ABLLS-R, AFLS and EFL
- ESDM Certified would be an asset
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed care in the Caribbean context
- Demonstrated experience delivering culturally attuned services
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Covid-19 vaccination
