About the role: We are looking for an experienced Brand Designer who excels in modern
design, ideation, communication, and corporate brand building. The ideal candidate should carry a design style that aligns with the modern Tronex brand visual aesthetics. As our Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of design projects, including but not limited to branding collateral, website design, digital marketing campaigns, product packaging and sales materials. This role requires the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while ensuring brand continuity across a variety of marketing projects, including journal ads, sales materials, digital ads, website design, and product packaging. Your work will span both print and digital platforms, supporting graphic design tasks, refreshing project designs, and crafting creative campaigns for advertising and trade shows. The successful candidate will possess a broad understanding of modern marketing concepts, take full ownership of project execution throughout all phases of layout and design, and thrive in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.
Core Responsibilities :
- Develop visual concepts and designs that align with the Tronex International Inc. Brand identity and meet the modern aesthetic requirement for the brand.
- Create artwork, such as logos, packaging, print and digital ads, tradeshow experiences and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, brand director and marketing team to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image
- Research current design trends and stay ahead of new technologies and techniques
- Present design concepts to key stakeholders for review and feedback
- Make revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Provide support and guidance to team designers or assistance on the team
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on design-related topics and projects
Brand Designer Requirements and Skills
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree, plus one (1) experience involving graphic arts.
- 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer in fast paced environment or a related field.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrates creative thinking and executional excellence across a variety of mediums (print, digital).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar programs; animation/3D skills are a plus!
- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently or with team to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in design and technology and recommend ways to enhance online presence.
