BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECH

Dynomax, Inc. is seeking a  Building Maintenance Tech  to support our three manufacturing facilities in Wheeling. Will perform light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as well as dry walling, painting, tiling etc.

Building Maintenance Tech Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect and replace and office/shop lighting and ballasts
• Inspect, maintain outside building lights and its control mechanism
• Inspect and replace emergency lighting and exit signs
• Repair/paint walls and tiles as needed
• Light plumbing work such as repair minor leaks, replace faucets, unclog drains and toilets, install air lines
• Snow removal from parking lots and walkways
• Maintain grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, weed whackers, blowers, snow plows etc.
• Seasonal grounds cleanup such as accumulated fall and winter debris from turf and plant beds, tree ring edging, shoveling and salting sidewalks and parking lots

Building Maintenance Tech Required Skills:

• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience in an industrial setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good client/customer service skills
• Ability to communicate concerns and hazards in a timely fashion to a diverse audience
• Be trained in proper Lock Out Tag Out procedure
