Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst III to join our team in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. This is a contract position that requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Develop detailed business and functional specifications.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
