About the role:
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Lead Butcher to join our culinary team. Our butchers expertly cut, carve, and prepare various varieties of meat, fish, and poultry while continuously inspecting the product for quality. Cut, bone, grind, weigh and wrap pieces of meat based on the specifications of the respective hotel outlets. Work clean and in concert with all federal and state health codes.

Schedule & Hours: As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our butchers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
