CDL A Driver $1600-$2000 weekly pay Job Overview: As a Company Solo Truck Driver, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to deliver goods safely and efficiently delivering Reefer freight. Operating top-of-the-line Freightliner trucks, you'll enjoy diverse routes, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth.
Job details: - Competitive pay scale: $0.60-$0.70 per mile, based on experience
- Per diem pay
- Average Weekly Pay: $1600-$2000
- Flexible home time: 12-14 days out, with some areas offering weekly home time
- Primary running areas: Covering all 48 states , no NYC
- Average Miles per Week: 2500-3000;
- Average Length of Haul: 650 miles
- Layover Pay is $250 per day (after first 24hrs).
- Stop Pay is $50 for any stops after 1st stop.
- Driver can take truck home on home time
- Rider and pet policy available
- 24-hour dispatch support
- Paid orientation ($100/day for 2 days in Springfield, MO) with lodging and meals provided
- Insurance coverage begins after 30 days
Qualifications: - Minimum age: 23 years old
- Minimum 12 months of Verifiable OTR experience: within the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
- DOT recordable accidents: None in the last 3 years;
- No Preventable Rear-End collisions or Roll Overs in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 incidents within the last 3 years
- No reckless driving or speeding 15 over speed limits in the last 3 years
- No more than 6 within the last 3 years
- No safety-related issues at the last job
- No vehicle-related felonies in the last 10 years
- No DUI's in the last 10 years
- Must have Hazmat & Tanker
