Position Title: Clerk (Entry-Level)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite – local candidates only)

Position Status: Contract (3 months with potential extension)

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Job Overview

A government client in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Entry-Level Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to the Survey Department. Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound phone calls and send emails as needed
  • Prepare, stuff, and mail envelopes and department materials
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support duties
  • Maintain organization and accuracy while handling daily tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and department staff
