Job Description

: As a Real Estate Market Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property acquisition team. This role requires a combination of strong market research skills, analytical skills and the ability to leverage technology such as Google Maps and Street View to locate potential commercial real estate opportunities. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data, identifying property opportunities, and helping shape our acquisition strategy across various regions. In addition, you will use basic sales skills to initiate contact with potential sellers. This is a great entry level role if you are new to the CRE industry and are looking to gain some experience.

Commercial Real Estate Market Research Analyst Compensation

• $18-$20 per hour
• Potential bonuses on any acquisitions you procure

Commercial Real Estate Market Research Analyst Responsibilities:

• Utilize Google Maps and Street View to virtually explore neighborhoods and locate potential commercial real estate properties.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target markets, including demographic trends, economic factors, and property values.
• Identify and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities across various U.S. regions.
• Initiate cold sales calls to potential sellers after identifying target assets.
• Maintain and update property databases with new leads and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
• Partner with Data Analytics team to create a more robust, data-driven approach to identifying trends, making investment decisions, and understanding the our ideal target commercial real estate market.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform property acquisition strategies.

Commercial Real Estate Market Research Analyst Qualifications:

• Experience in Real Estate (specifically Commercial Real Estate,) Finance, Sales or Economics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, withe the ability and drive to speak to potential sellers of properties.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and market trends.
• Proficiency with Google Maps, Google Street View, and other mapping tools.
• Proficiency in all MS Office tools with heavy emphasis on Excel.
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Interested in commercial real estate markets and investment strategies.
