Job Description
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, developing high-quality content, and coordinating outreach efforts that align with our brand’s mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate internal and external communication plans
Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, reports, and promotional content
Assist in managing corporate communications and messaging consistency
Coordinate with departments to gather content and updates for communication materials
Track media coverage and maintain media contact lists
Support event communication planning and logistics
Monitor communication performance metrics and prepare related reports
Maintain and update company communication policies and procedures
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat)
Ability to adapt messaging to suit different audiences
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency
