Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director with Affordable Asset experience to join our team. This position will provide administrative leadership and support to a high-rise community in Allentown, PA. When you join PMI, you are joining a stable and growing employee-owned management company at the forefront of the real estate industry and that has been in business for over 55 years. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required, as we will help you get one!

Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operation of the community.
• Manage maintenance team and capital improvement projects.
• Rent collection.
• Budget oversight and expense control.
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
• Processing applications.
• Customer service.
• Data entry – Yardi experience preferred.

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Prior experience in affordable asset management (HUD, Sect 8, elderly preferred).
• PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and paperwork processing.
• Great customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
