We are seeking a positive, compassionate, customer service-focused team member for the Concierge position. **Job Summary:**
The Concierge promotes a professional and friendly organizational image. Acts as a liaison between the residents, their families and employees. Provides clerical and secretarial support.

**Responsibilities:**
- Answers the telephone and directs calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate transportation for Residents; scheduling drivers accordingly
- Coordinate outside transportation for Residents with other sources such as ambulance services and care appointment services.
- Create daily transportation schedule for Drivers to accommodate resident need.
- Greets family members and guests.
- Maintains the visitor and resident sign in/out logs.
- Provides clerical support to the various departments, i.e. data entry, filing, mailings, typing, menus
- Assist residents with the completion of maintenance orders.
- Respond to emergency calls from residents.
OTHER DUTIES
- Schedule use of meeting rooms.
- Distribute facility mail.
- Maintain and update resident logs and facility phone lists.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Training and Experience: Experience with office equipment preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: None
- Job Knowledge: Able to use computer, phone, copier, and fax machines. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
