Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman at R &b framing inc. in Sacramento, CA. The role involves overseeing construction projects, managing construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers while following company policies.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and staffing
• Delegate individual responsibilities and project to crew members and contractors
• Provide adequate resources and personnel to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, and best practices
• Emphasize the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment R&B Framing will offer OSHA safety compliance program for all employees
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and friendly
• Periodically report project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
• Review project plans in advance to understand project requirements and ensure a clear vision of the tasks to be completed

Minor Duties and Responsibilities

• Sending emails
• Uploading receipts into Builder-trend
• Picking up material
• Uploading information such as images and details of the project onto Builder-trend
• Communicating with office and supervisor department
• Clocking in yourself and your crew into BusyBusy

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Understanding of safety guidelines and regulations in construction
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 1-2 years of computer skills
• Able to communicate in English and Spanish
• Be able to learn how to use software such as Builder-trend, BusyBusy, and Excel
