SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for managing the pre-search processes such as quality control and approval of job requisitions, developing postings from intake session information, posting jobs and maintenance of postings, managing the external reference process, assisting recruiters with large volume requisitions by screening candidates for meeting minimum qualifications and dispositioning candidates, and providing overall administrative support for the recruiters.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma plus 1 year of HR or related experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Strong MS Office Skills Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a consistent professional and positive, upbeat manner
  • Ability to write a job posting that accurately describes the position in a way that is professional and that a candidate can understand
  • Demonstrated proficiency in accurate data entry
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be proactive and service-minded with keen attention to details; ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly re-prioritize work in an environment where needs can change with short notice
  • Demonstrate organizational values

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
