Requirements

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the counter and ensure optimal performance
• Motivate and lead a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure effective product merchandising and maintain visual standards according to brand guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Nordstrom management and staff
• Regularly analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to drive sales growth
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand story
• Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations
• Ensure accurate inventory management and replenishment of products
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the beauty industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Passion for beauty and knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
