Position Description:
The Sales Representative position at By All Means is responsible for driving sales growth, fostering new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying potential sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting and generating sales to hospitality and grocery store retail accounts within the Bozeman territory.

You will be surrounded by dedicated professionals who are fervently passionate about their work and customers. The majority of your days will be spent in the field, visiting key accounts, evaluating product offerings, and enhancing account relations and services while maintaining a proactive and helpful stance.
During times when you are not engaged in field activities, you will be handling sales responsibilities either remotely or at the office, contributing to the smooth facilitation of daily operations.

Uberbrew was founded in 2012 by our Director of Brewing, Mark Hastings. In 2016, Uberbrew was awarded the Small Brewing Company of the Year and Mark the Brewer of the Year. By All Means, Brewing was formed in 2019 as the parent company and manufacturing facility to Uberbrew with a primary focus on the premium side of the craft beer market: wood-aged, high abv, and full-body products that resonate in niche retail venues on and off-premise. By All Means is focused on bringing the best products imaginable to market, with lower volume and higher price points.
