Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chats from customers. You’ll assist with questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, billing, or account-related questions.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer.
  • Meet performance expectations, including quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to type and navigate computer systems efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer/headset required.

Schedule & Pay

  • Flexible scheduling options are available.
  • Pay is biweekly on the 1st and 15th of each month.
  • Compensation is discussed during the interview process and varies by client program.
