Salary: $26 - $29.80 per hour
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must reside on the West Coast of the US)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
Job Description:
We are excited to invite a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that our B2C and B2B customers have an exceptional experience. Your contributions will drive increased sales and foster long-term customer loyalty. We are looking for candidates with at least three years of experience in a similar role who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Create Training Resources: Design comprehensive training manuals that empower customers to make the most of our offerings.
Enhance Customer Interactions: Write and update call center scripts to guarantee consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
Develop Communication Templates: Create email templates for various customer communication needs, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
Monitor Feedback: Actively listen to customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
Report on Metrics: Provide regular updates and reports on customer success metrics and initiatives, helping to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, with a strong background in creating training manuals, writing call center scripts, and developing email templates.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a similar industry is a significant plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) or ERP software is a bonus.
Leadership Qualities: Great critical thinking skills and the ability to inspire and lead others.
Pay Details:
$26.00 to $29.80 per hour
