Job Description:


Seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in CMS 0057 interoperability standards and data modeling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare data, interoperability protocols, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Implement and maintain CMS 0057 interoperability standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data interoperability solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models to support analytical needs.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
- Work closely with IT, clinical, and operational teams to support data-driven initiatives.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide training and support to team members on data tools and best practices.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of CMS 0057 interoperability standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, ER/Studio, ERwin, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, etc.).
- Knowledge of data governance and data management principles.
- Familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques.
