Dental Lab Assistant for a growing high volume/fast paced Dental Lab
Duties and Responsibilities
- Open and sanitize incoming cases from dental offices
- Data Entry of prescription and product information accurately into lab management software
- Label all case enclosures with case number/Scan scripts into computer
- QC and Prepare completed cases for delivery back to dental offices
- Prepare shipments of completed cases for offices out of delivery area
- Communicate case questions effectively to other departments
- Update cases on hold with new instructions from dental offices
- Answering incoming calls and routing calls to appropriate department
Requirements
- Ability to enter information into lab software quickly (good typing skills)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable answering and talking on the phone/taking messages
- Energized by a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in dental lab terminology preferred
- Exceptional attendance an absolute must
- Ability to prioritize
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to be on your feet 80% of the workday
- Works well alone and with others-A Team Player!
- Ability to multi-task
Qualifications
- Dental Laboratory/Assistant Experience is a plus
- Entry Level Position
