Role Name: Developer(Mulesoft)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Role Description:
Work with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and UiPath Orchestrators to monitor and troubleshoot API and BOT failures. Support API and RPA artifact development and manage DevOps cycles/releases. Participate in scrum sessions, QA for APIs/BOTs, and handle rotational ONCALL shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alerts and troubleshoot API and BOT issues.
• Triage user requests via Jira/ServiceNow.
• Develop and manage API artifacts (RAML, API flows, API Manager Policies).
• Create and manage RPA artifacts (BOTs), including documentation and source code management.
• Support DevOps cycles/releases and verification.
• Participate in scrum sessions and QA testing (m-units for API, E2E tests for BOTs).

Essential Skills:

• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and UiPath Orchestrators.
• Optional: SQL, Snowflake, Python, MS Excel.

Desirable Skills:

• Strong background in API and RPA development, documentation, and source code management.

Experience: 6-8 years
