$110,000 - $140,000 yearly

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the company's land planning and landscape architecture projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
• Business Development: Identify and market new business opportunities to expand client base and project portfolio.
• Planning & Design Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge in zoning, due diligence, and the land development process to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, managing staff and fostering a productive and creative environment.
• Project Management: Guide projects across various types of developments, including commercial, multi-family, subdivisions, mixed-use, site plans, and urban design.

• A professional with 8-12 years of experience in land and site development, with expertise in commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and urban design projects.
• Strong graphic and communication skills , with the ability to articulate and visualize ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage staff , ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.
• A deep understanding of zoning regulations, due diligence, and the overall planning process.
• Professional Landscape Architecture license with the State of Maryland is required .
