Job Description
Native English speaker OR fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+/TOEFL 100+ equivalent).
英语母语者 或 英语流利（雅思7.0+/托福100+同等水平）。
Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, English, Linguistics preferred).
本科及以上学历（教育、英语、语言学相关专业优先）。
Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
至少1年教学/辅导经验。
Patient, passionate about education, and able to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
优秀的沟通能力和跨文化意识。 Provide one-on-one or small-group English lessons tailored to students' needs (e.g., academic support, conversational English, exam preparation).

Design personalized study plans and track students' progress.

Focus on improving students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Assist with homework, test preparation (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, school exams), and provide feedback.
辅导学生作业、考试备考（如托福、雅思、校内考试）并提供学习反馈。
Create engaging and interactive learning materials.
