Position: Entry Level Event Specialist Description: Are you passionate about events and eager to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of event management? We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Manage registration processes and maintain attendee information.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Support the development of event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Set up event spaces and ensure all aspects are ready for the event day.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of event planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as events require.
