As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with senior event planners, assisting in all aspects of event design and logistical coordination

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate conferences, trade shows, and community events.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
• Support on-site event setups, registrations, and attendee management during events.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure all event needs are met.
• Prepare promotional materials and assist in marketing campaigns to maximize event attendance.
• Maintain budgetary guidelines and assist in tracking expenses related to events.
• Gather feedback and compile reports post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in event design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
