Sales Bizlab  We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event planning and wants to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and exciting environment. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with our senior event coordinators to help organize and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings. You will gain hands-on experience while developing your skills in logistics, vendor management, and client relations.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
• Help manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown of events.
• Support team members in developing event themes, agendas, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to assess event locations and assist with layout planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed event documentation, including budgets, schedules, and participant lists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
