Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to support the execution of field service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all job deliverables meet quality standards and are completed efficiently and on schedule. This role involves working closely with field and maintenance crews to prepare, operate, and maintain equipment, while upholding the highest safety standards.

Job Description

• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable field service delivery to customers.
• Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox meetings to align crew on job expectations and safety protocols.
  
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  
• Operate equipment in accordance with competency level and job requirements.
  
• Prepare equipment during rig-up and rig-down procedures.
  
• Maintain equipment in a safe, working condition, reporting any problems or deviations from standard.
  
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improving service delivery and equipment performance.
  
• Consistently follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
• Ensure personal and crew compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
  
• Stay current with mandatory safety and operational training.

S kills Required

• Previous experience operating field service equipment in an oil & gas or industrial setting is an asset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following HSE guidelines.High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Previous experience operating field service equipment in an oil & gas or industrial setting is an asset.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Pay Rate

• $19 per hour

Additional Details

• Field-based role with potential for extended hours and travel.
• Exposure to outdoor and potentially harsh environmental conditions.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
