Position Overview Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning and executing a variety of events from concept to completion. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled, creating memorable experiences for our guests and clients.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events, ensuring they align with client objectives and budget
- Collaborate with clients to define event concepts, themes, and programs that meet their needs
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements
- Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
- Coordinate communication between vendors, venues, and clients to ensure cohesive event planning
- Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a track record of successful events
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
