Job Description

We re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this entrylevel position you ll receive handson training gain experience in various aspects of event planning and contribute to the execution of memorable events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and executing events from concept to completion ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate event schedules venues vendors and equipment.
  • Support client communication and maintain relationships with event stakeholders.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions for event themes and execution.
  • Help with onsite event operations ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
  • Perform administrative duties related to event preparation such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Continuously learn and develop your skills in negotiation client acquisition and event management.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Event Management Marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the event management industry.
  • Previous experience in customer service hospitality or event coordination is a plus but not required.
