The client specializes in high-performance power solutions, including DC-DC converters and AC-DC modules for aerospace, defense, railway, and industrial sectors. Known for reliability and innovation, its products meet strict standards for harsh environments.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Field Application Engineer , you will act as the technical interface between the company and its customers, providing expert support on power electronics products and assisting with system-level integration, troubleshooting, and technical presentations. This role involves collaborating with the sales team and R&D to deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide pre-and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Assist with the design-in and integration of power converters into customer systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
• Collect and report customer feedback to support product development and improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs.

SKILLS & EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in power electronics or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of DC-DC and AC-DC power converters and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
