SodexoMagic is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Jackson State University located in Jackson, MS. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.

What You'll Do

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• deliver high quality food service;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• develop strategic plans;

What You Bring

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
• have 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment;
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
• demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management; and

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
