Position Overview:
We seek a hands-on, detail-oriented Foreman to lead our Powder Coating Department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production, maintain safety and quality standards, and manage a team of technicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate powder coating operations and staff.
• Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet company and client specifications.
• Train and mentor team members on proper coating techniques and safety procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of equipment and materials.
• Schedule and delegate work to meet production deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of powder coating processes, materials, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be reliable, organized, and proactive.
