We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for several talented Creative Marketing Analysts to join our dynamic Media & Entertainment team on a fully remote basis. This long-term contract role is perfect for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in writing, particularly in marketing and storytelling, and who possess strong analytical, creative, and communication skills. Candidates should also have a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to analyze data to optimize creative content performance.
Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create captivating promotional content, including both short and long-form pieces, to drive app installations.
- Utilize pop culture references and tropes to craft engaging promos.
- Summarize popular social media content into concise, impactful snippets.
- Develop scripts for video promos and trailers that effectively convey messages.
- Analyze the performance of written promos to understand user behavior.
- Refine scripts and create new variations based on data-driven insights from Facebook ads.
- Use data to generate creative iterations.
- Report to the Creative Lead with timely updates and action items.
- Maintain organized records of work using process templates.
- Participate in the promo production testing phase, providing feedback on voice overs, sound design, and visuals.
- Conduct research to understand audience preferences, trends, competitor strategies, and creative techniques to enhance content.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in writing, content creation, performance marketing, video production, media, branded content, or advertising.
- Strong background in marketing-based writing, with the ability to craft compelling stories for digital tabloids, entertainment magazines, YouTube content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, or promotional writing, especially in dynamic and iterative environments.
- Proficient in analyzing data, interpreting results, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations clearly.
- Skilled in evaluating market performance data and tracking creative content performance, with experience using tools like Facebook Ads Manager to make data-driven adjustments.
**Compensation:**
The annual compensation for this role is estimated between $75,000 and $90,000. Please note that actual pay is determined by an applicant's experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications as listed in the job description.
