Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Winter Park and South Orlando, FL. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage administrative tasks, greet clients, and assist with incoming inquiries to ensure a seamless customer service experience. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling receptionist duties, and maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in receptionist duties, such as greeting clients and scheduling appointments
• Solid clerical skills, including organization and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with basic office and CRM software is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Bilingual in Spanish is helpful
