What We Do

The company has expanded to over 450 team members , yet our custom software is currently built and maintained by a small team of developers. Many of us are self-taught and started at Monster before learning to code, developing a team culture built on three key traits:

• User First – Our apps are designed alongside those who’ve walked in the end user’s shoes and built to enhance the guest travel experience.

• Delivery Matters – We are fiercely committed to timely delivery because our work directly impacts hundreds of team members and thousands of guests.

What You’ll Do

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy large and small projects.
• Collaborate with team members while also owning tasks from concept to launch when needed.
• Maintain and update applications to support new business functions and opportunities .
• Build and optimize scalable applications that are easy for other developers to support .
• Transform generalized concepts into fully functional products .
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements .
• Adapt quickly when project scopes shift mid-development .
• Engage with end users post-launch to improve effectiveness and squash bugs .

What We Need

✅ 2+ years of experience in a full-stack developer role.

✅ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, languages, and frameworks.

✅ Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering tangible results.

✅ Strong communication skills with developers, stakeholders, and end users.

✅ Willingness to relocate to Myrtle Beach (non-negotiable). For the right person, we’ll make it easy!

What Would Be Fabulous

⭐ 2+ years of experience working with modern development frameworks.

⭐ Experience with Firebase / GCP, where our software lives.

⭐ Background working with small teams that make a big impact.

⭐ A track record of solving challenging problems and bringing fresh ideas.
