**Position Overview:**
Our esteemed organization, a leader in the Security and Identification industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our production team. This full-time position is pivotal in enhancing our product customization process, primarily focusing on preparing custom artwork for print. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality, customized identification and security solutions to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Efficiently vectorize customer logos to ensure they are ready for high-quality printing.
* Skillfully place and adjust customer logos on specific templates designed for a variety of products, including Dome Stickers reels, UV-printed luggage tags, reels, badge holders, event badges, and Badge Buddies.
* Directly access and manage orders from our Shipstation, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from order receipt to print preparation.
* Collaborate closely with the production department to guarantee that all custom artwork is prepared according to the set deadlines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.
* Provide support to other production-related tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the team's success.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
* Proficient in graphic design software such as Illustrator and Bartender, with a strong emphasis on vectorization tools and demonstrated experience in handling custom artwork preparation, preferably in the printing or related industry.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively in a virtual team environment.
* Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all artwork preparations.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues before they impact production schedules.
