Job Description

Summary: The Fundraising Event Planner, a highly administrative role, is responsible for all fundraising events for Crossover Global, including but not limited to: Annual Banquets, Hunting Trips, Donor Trips, and other special events. The FEP will work directly with the President of Crossover Global and assist in planning and organizing events, including meals and special donor trips to various locations throughout the United States. The FEP is responsible for maintaining the fundraising team’s CRM and ensuring that the team enters data correctly and promptly. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

– Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets, trips, and other special events 

– Recruit and train volunteers for events 

– Coordinate lunches and meetings with the president and donors 

– Serve as the administrator of the fundraising team’s CRM program to coordinate fundraising efforts and work with the fundraising team to ensure accurate data entry 

– Generate reports from CRM for the fundraising team 

– Send thank-you notes, first-time donor packets, and donor gifts on behalf of the president 

– Some travel is required 

Qualifications: 

– Must adhere to the Christian faith and agree with Crossover Global’s statement of faith and be in a daily relationship with Christ 

– Perform complex administrative duties with little supervision, exercising confidentiality, independent discretion, and judgment. 

– Positively represents Crossover Global at all times, including working with staff, volunteers, and 

– vendors. 

– Must prioritize tasks and do multiple tasks a day with ease 

– Self-starter who can take direction from multiple individuals 

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

– Strong interpersonal skills 

– Excellent organizational skills 

– Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly 

– Calm under pressure and patient with processes 

– Capable of working on cross-cultural teams
