Job Summary:

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Artist to elevate our visual identity and create compelling designs that showcase our products for retail and foodservice distribution. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing department to produce visually appealing graphics for packaging, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more. If you have a keen eye for detail and a love for food, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This position is highly self-starting, requiring a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently as well as in collaborative, team-based environments. This role will be expected to take initiative, manage projects autonomously, and make key decisions without constant supervision, while also engaging effectively in larger group settings when collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ability to balance independent work with teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop eye-catching graphics for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and digital content. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance our food products’ visual appeal.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and messaging.
• Collaborate: Work with the marketing team, sales managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Innovate: Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices. Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table to keep our visuals engaging and modern.
• Review & Revise: Handle feedback and revisions promptly. Ensure final designs are accurate, on-brand, and ready for print or publication.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure all deliverables are completed to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of professional graphic design & illustration experience, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Creativity: Excellent design skills with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under tight deadlines.
• Marketing-focused: Skilled at recognizing how each project contributes to the brand's marketing and sales efforts.
