Required :
- Associate degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following :
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- 1 plus years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Acute Care
- Rehabilitative Setting
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Illinois (IL)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- Degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred :
- 1 plus years of experience in Home Health
