Job Duties: - Directly supervise staff including coaching and performance evaluations. - Recruit and hire personnel - Review technician schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources - Oversee implementation of field service tools - Review daily work reports and start-up submissions - Manage Warranty process and filter warranty requests from contractors - Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed - Oversee communication between Service Technicians, mechanical and control contractors, and end users when appropriate - Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety program is adhered to by all Service staff

Required : - 10+years of experience as a manager ( Commercial, Residential) - 10+ years of supervisory experience - Valid Drivers License and clean driving record - Must have strong skillset in commercial new construction products, installation, and mechanical understanding - Strong understanding of HVAC functions - Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must - Excellent communication skills - Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
