Job Description

Job Title: Hybrid Employment Counselor / Case Manager.

Location: Sussex and Morris County.

Job Description: Support participants by assessing work readiness, developing plans, and guiding them toward employment and self-sufficiency.

• Conduct intake, assessments, and create Individual Responsibility Plans (IRPs).
• Provide career counseling and refer clients to services/activities that meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate case notes, files, and data entry in AOSOS.
• Track participation, process logs/timesheets, and follow up with clients.
• Collaborate with supervisors, staff, and community agencies.
• Recommend sanctions and attend hearings as needed.
• Represent at meetings/events and support program operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field required.
• Experience in social/human services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads, maintain boundaries, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday-Friday business hours temp-to-perm
