Job Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a repeat sales cycle environment. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, provide excellent customer service and increase company’s growth and revenue through up-selling, cross-selling and complete customer satisfaction.

The primary role of Inside Sales Fill the outside sales person calendar with appointments, drop ins and follow up visits. This includes market research and generating leads using tools like, Linked-In, Google maps, Google search, etc.. to uncover prospects and enter them into the CRM (HubSpot) Also working with marketing on projects such as creating and running email campaigns, running follow up calls on prospects and ultimately closing the calls with an appointment for a face to face visit or a sale. All activities must be logged in CRM. Inside sales and outside sales will work as a team to grow their territory.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
