We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers and the engineering manager to support various engineering projects, develop technical solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our builds. Reports To:

Engineering Manager/President/Area Sales Rep

Purpose:

Aids the engineering manager in drawing designs for our clients. Assists in pricing. 

Business Outcomes:

  • Closed sales with clients and plans flowing seamlessly to the production floor. 

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with senior engineers: To design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
  • Assist in conducting research, gathering data, and performing analysis to support project requirements.
  • Contribute to the documentation of project specifications, design documents, and technical reports.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and provide technical assistance during project implementation and deployment.
  • Adhere to established engineering standards, processes, and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.

Required Skills/Abilities & Education

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong foundation in engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD and or REVIT software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in engineering or related field.
