**Compensation:** $500-750 per month (based on experience)

We are a growing topical and supplement skincare brand with a strong presence on Amazon and Shopify. We are looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to help us grow our email list, optimize campaigns, and drive sales through engaging, high-converting emails and SMS marketing.

**Position Overview:**

As our Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling email campaigns that educate our audience, sell our products, and engage our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure our email and SMS strategies are optimized to generate 30% of our sales. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and grow our email list using Klaviyo and SMS strategies.
* Design and write high-converting email campaigns that drive sales.
* Optimize email flows and campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
* Develop SMS marketing strategies to complement email efforts.
* Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and campaign alignment.
* Ensure timely execution of campaigns, meeting deadlines consistently.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience with Klaviyo and eCommerce email marketing.
* Strong skills in email design and copywriting (must be able to write in clear, compelling English).
* Experience building and optimizing email flows, including automations and segmentation.
* Ability to work within Slack for communication and project management.
* A team player who is invested in the growth of the business and can meet deadlines reliably.
* Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

### **Task 2: New Product Launch Email Campaign**

1. Choose one of our skin creams on the website and pretend it is a new product launch.
2. For this new product, create a fake email campaign by providing the following (you don't need to design anything just provide the copy ideas):

a) The link to the product page you selected.

b) Subject line of the email:

* Please explain why you think this subject line would be effective for this campaign.

c) Email content:

* What key points would you include in the email to drive excitement and sales for the new product?
* Explain how each part of the email will help drive sales (e.g., urgency, benefits, social proof, etc.).
