Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one Full-Time Leasing Agent to join our team in Harrisburg. This position will allow you to utilize your leadership, customer service and multi-tasking skills to the fullest. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operation of the property.
• Manage and lead a team within the thriving Central PA Region.
• Rent collection and landlord filings.
• Processing applications.
• Customer service.
• Data Entry.
• Accounts payable/receivable.
• Vendor contract management.
• Budget preparation.

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• PA Real Estate License is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
