📍 Location: 6455 Zane Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM + rotating Saturdays 10AM–4PM
💰 Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE) + Leasing Commissions

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours & leasing
• Showcase apartments to highlight features and benefits
• Accurately process applications and lease paperwork
• Contribute to marketing and keep up with market trends
• Build relationships that strengthen community spirit

🙌 What We’re Looking For

• Previous leasing or sales experience? Awesome. New to the field? We’ll train you!
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to complete online training modules
