Overview:

BroadPath is hiring  Licensed Health Insurance Agents to work from home! In this fully remote position, our   Licensed Health Insurance Agents are responsible for providing consultative recommendations and answering inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing health insurance plans and benefits. This includes qualification of customer, completing needs assessments, educating on plan benefits, and steering towards an appropriate Medicare & Retirement plan when applicable.

• Using active listening, you will be an expert in interpreting the needs of current and prospective members, answering questions about the products, and matching each potential to their ideal plan
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with members and prospects, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
• Partnership with Fortune 10 and leading Health Plans nationwide – come work with the best, while working from the comfort of your own home office!

• Starting at $20 per hour, with potential to earn more
• Training Completion Bonus - Paid out to those with 95% or higher attendance upon completion of training
• End of Season Bonus - Paid out end of season for agents that met the following metrics: Conversion rate based on client goal, Quality, Attendance (90% or higher), and Productivity

*Awards may be given for team contests, promotions, recognition, etc. at your department’s discretion for other KPI’s during the season. ​

Qualifications:

As our ideal candidate , you are organized, driven to tackle the challenge of building and maintaining trusting relationships.

 

• Must hold an active Health Insurance Producer License in residential State
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of sales experience
• Authorization to work in the United States

 

What you will provide:

 

• Your own 19" monitor (or larger) with VGA or HDMI port with corresponding cable, USB wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional USB wired keyboard
• Reliable hardwired internet with at least 25mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds
• Please note that all Internet Speed Tests are monitored and will be verified. They must be taken on a laptop or desktop computer and plugged directly into your router

Compensation: BroadPath has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location

Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
