Melinda Instal is seeking a dedicated Live Chat & Email Support Agent to join our team in the Construction industry. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through live chat and email communication channels.

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay: $26 - $31 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat and email.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using live chat and email support software.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Knowledge of the Construction industry is a plus.
